Perhaps unsurprisingly, a UX book titled “Tanks, Flowers, and the French” does not resonate with book publishers. The title was always provisional, but I developed an affection for it over time. However, time changes everything – so do publishers.
The book is now titled “UX Fundamentals for Non-UX Professionals: User Experience Principles for Managers, Writers, Designers, and Developers” While not as inspired, the new title is likely more practical and ultimately more applicable to the book’s intended audience. That’s the most important part.
